Sometimes a video stays on processing longer than it should. You do not need to do anything — ACE AI Spark checks on it for you.

What happens automatically

A background check runs regularly and looks for videos that have been processing for too long. It asks the video engine for the latest status and then either finishes the video for you or, if the generation failed, refunds your credits.

What you can do

• Refresh the page after a few minutes — the video usually appears once the check has run.
• If your credits were refunded, the generation failed. Adjust the prompt or settings and try again.
• Still stuck after an hour? Contact support with the project name and the time you started the video.
