Why social media posts may look different after publishing and how to fix formatting issues.

Content can look slightly different once published because each platform has its own formatting rules.
Most social platforms strip rich formatting (bold, italic). Only plain text, emojis, and hashtags are consistently supported.
Each platform crops images differently in feeds. Instagram prefers square (1:1), Twitter/X uses 16:9, and LinkedIn uses 1.91:1. Your image may be auto-cropped to fit.
X (Twitter) limits posts to 280 characters. If your content is longer, it will be truncated. Always check character counts before publishing.
Some platforms re-encode videos, which can slightly reduce quality. For best results, use MP4 format with H.264 encoding.
Tip: Preview your content in ACE AI Spark before publishing. The platform selector shows you which platforms will receive the post so you can adjust formatting per platform.Help Center · Learn · Privacy Policy · Terms of Service · Contact
