Change your payment method or billing details.

Update your credit card or payment method for your ACE AI Spark subscription.

Update Your Payment Method

Go to Billing Settings

Navigate to Settings → Billing from your dashboard.

Click Payment Methods

Find the "Payment Methods" section and click "Update" or "Add New".

Enter New Details

Enter your new card information. All data is encrypted and processed securely via Stripe.

Confirm & Save

Verify the details and save. Your new payment method will be used for future charges.

Security: We use Stripe for payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Troubleshooting

Card declined? Check that the card details are correct, the card hasn't expired, and you have sufficient funds. Contact your bank if issues persist. Can't remove old payment method? You must have at least one active payment method. Add a new one first, then remove the old one.
