You are never charged for a generation that fails.

How refunds work

If an AI generation fails for any reason — an engine error, a content filter, or a timeout — the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. There is nothing to request and nothing to wait for.

Where to see it

Open Settings → Credits. Refunds appear in your transaction history next to the original charge.

Content filter blocks: if a request was refused by the safety filters, the refund arrives within about 30 minutes. See Content guidelines for AI generation for what gets blocked and how to rephrase.
