How to Cancel Your Subscription

Step-by-step guide to cancelling your subscription, what happens to your credits and content, and how to resubscribe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. This guide explains the cancellation process, what happens to your account afterward, and how to come back if you change your mind.

How to Cancel

Go to Settings — Click on your profile avatar or the Settings icon in the navigation menu. Open Billing — Navigate to the Billing section within your account settings. Click "Manage Subscription" — This opens your subscription management portal powered by Stripe. Select "Cancel Subscription" — Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

Access continues: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue using all features until that date.

Your Credits

Any remaining credits will be available until your billing period ends. After that, unused credits do not carry over and will be reset. If you resubscribe later, you'll receive a fresh credit allocation based on your new plan.

Your Content

Your generated content (videos, images, posts) remains accessible for download during your remaining billing period. After your subscription expires, access to previously generated content may be limited based on the free tier's media retention policy.

How to Resubscribe

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time by visiting Settings → Billing and selecting a new plan. Your account data and settings will still be there — you'll pick up right where you left off.
