ACE AI Spark offers a free Starter plan plus three paid options. Manage your plan any time from Settings.

Starter (Free)

350 one-time bonus credits, up to 5 connected social accounts. Great for trying out the platform.

Lite — $9.90/mo

990 credits per month (1 credit = 1 cent), up to 5 connected social accounts. Monthly credits roll over (2x cap).

⚡

Basic — $19.99/mo

1,999 credits per month (1 credit = 1 cent), unlimited social accounts. Monthly credits roll over (2x cap).

🚀

Pro — $99.99/mo

9,999 credits per month (1 credit = 1 cent), unlimited social accounts, priority video queue.

How to Upgrade

Open Billing Settings

Go to Settings → Billing from the sidebar.

Choose a Plan

Review the available plans and select the one you want.

Complete Payment

You'll be redirected to Stripe for secure checkout. Your new plan activates immediately.

Changing or Downgrading Plans

Note: When you change plans, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Your monthly credit allowance changes to the new plan's amount at the next cycle. Purchased credit packs are never affected.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Open Settings → Billing and use Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the free Starter tier. See How to Cancel Your Subscription for the full walkthrough.

Billing & invoices: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can view invoices and download receipts from Settings → Billing.
