Credits are the currency you use for AI-powered generations on ACE AI Spark. Every time you generate AI content — text, images, music, or video — credits are deducted from your balance. Understanding how credits work helps you plan your content effectively.

Credit Costs by Generation Type

Tip: Every Generate button shows the exact credit cost of that action before you confirm, so you always know what it costs. Video pricing varies by model, length, resolution, and whether audio is included. Note: All AI generations — including text — consume credits. Basic posting, scheduling, and analytics do not.

Monthly Credit Allowance by Plan

The free Starter plan grants a one-time bonus of 350 credits — it does not refresh monthly. Paid plans refresh your credit allowance each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. You can check your next reset date in Settings → Credits.

Managing Your Credits

Checking Your Balance

You can view your current credit balance any time on the Dashboard or in Settings → Credits. The Credits tab shows your balance, monthly allowance, usage history, and reset date.

What Happens When You Run Out?

If your balance reaches zero, AI generation is paused until your credits reset or you purchase more. Scheduling, publishing, and analytics remain fully available — you just can't generate new AI content.

Purchasing Additional Credits

You can top up any time from Settings → Credits, in the Add Credits section. Top-ups are processed instantly and added to your balance.

Credit Rollover

Unused monthly credits roll over to the next month, capped at 2x your monthly allowance. For example, Basic-tier monthly credits cap at 24,000. Free-tier bonus credits do not roll over.

Tip: Purchased top-up credits are kept separate from your monthly allowance — they do not expire and are not affected by the monthly cap. They stay in your account until used.
