Step-by-step guide to connect your Facebook page to ACE AI.

Learn how to connect your Facebook Page to ACE AI Spark for seamless content publishing and analytics tracking.

Requirement: You need admin access to a Facebook Page. Personal profiles cannot be connected - only Pages are supported.

Prerequisites

A Facebook account with admin access to at least one Page
Your Facebook Page must be published (not unpublished)
You must be logged into Facebook in your browser

Connection Steps

Go to Connected Accounts

Navigate to Social Media Connections from your dashboard, or click the "Connect Account" button on the homepage.

Select Facebook

Click the 📘 Facebook card to begin the connection process.

Authorize with Facebook

You'll be redirected to Facebook to authorize ACE AI Spark. Review the requested permissions and click "Continue".

Important: Make sure to grant all requested permissions. Missing permissions may limit functionality like posting or accessing analytics.

Select Your Pages

Choose which Facebook Pages you want to connect. You can select multiple pages if you manage several.

Confirm Connection

Click "Done" to complete the setup. You'll be redirected back to ACE AI Spark with your Pages connected.

Pro Tip: You can add more Pages later without disconnecting existing ones. Just repeat this process to add additional Pages.

Troubleshooting

I don't see my Page in the list Make sure you have admin access to the Page. If you were recently added as an admin, try logging out and back into Facebook, then reconnect. Connection failed or shows an error Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the issue persists, disconnect the account completely and start fresh. Posts aren't appearing on my Page Check that your Page is published and that you granted all required permissions during connection. You may need to reconnect with full permissions.

Staying Connected

ACE AI Spark refreshes your connection automatically in the background, so once you connect an account it normally stays connected indefinitely. If the platform ever requires you to re-authorize the app, you’ll see two things:

A bell-icon notification at the top of any page in the app
An email letting you know which account needs attention

When that happens, head to Social Media Connections, find the row showing the disconnected account, and click Connect. The re-auth takes about ten seconds. Any scheduled posts that were going out only to this account are automatically paused while it’s disconnected and resume the moment you reconnect — nothing gets lost.
