TikTok asks every app that publishes on your behalf to confirm a few things before each post. ACE AI Spark shows them as a short checklist when you publish to TikTok.

What TikTok requires

• Music rights — confirm you have the rights to any music in the video.
• Privacy setting — choose who can see the post: Public, Friends, or Private.
• Creator terms — accept TikTok's terms for content published through third-party apps.

Photo posts

Photo posts are sent to TikTok directly from your media library, so there is no manual upload step.

AI-generated content: videos made with ACE AI Spark carry TikTok's AI-generated label by default. You can change this per post in the publish settings.
