Creating a post in ACE AI Spark takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through the whole process — from writing your caption to publishing across your connected platforms.
Watch the 1-minute walkthrough
Before you start: Connect at least one social account so you can publish. Open
Social Media Connections in the sidebar to link your platforms. You can still create and save drafts without any connected accounts — the platform picker will just show "No accounts connected. You can still create content and save it as a draft."
Open the Post Creator
Click Create Content in the left sidebar to open the post composer.
Choose Your Platforms
Pick one or more connected accounts on the Platform Selection step (Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). Your selection drives every later step — the media options, character limits, aspect ratios and publish requirements all adapt to the platforms you choose.
Tip: You can multi-select to cross-post the same content to several networks at once.
Pick a Media Option
The Media Options step shows four cards. Disabled cards include an inline reason (e.g. "Images not supported by selected platform(s)" or "Insufficient credits"):
- Text Only — caption-only post (hidden when a video-only platform like YouTube is selected)
- Upload Files — pick from your Media Library or upload new images / videos from your device
- Generate Image — AI image generation with the image engine —
[50 | X left]
- Generate Video — AI video generation —
[85–455 | X left] depending on model & duration
Stock photos, a photo booth camera capture and AI-persona content are
not part of the standard Create Content flow — those live in the Media Library and the Digital Influencer Builder respectively.
Generate or Upload Your Media
For Generate Image, the form gives you:
- Prompt — required free-text description of the image
- Quick Starters — one-click prompt templates
- AI Suggest (under Advanced Features) — drafts a personalised prompt based on your recent posts on the selected platform
- Image Style — Photorealistic, Digital Art, Oil Painting, Watercolor, Cartoon, 3D Render, Minimalist, Vintage, Anime, Flat Design, Cinematic, Neon, Sketch
- Orientation — 16:9 Landscape, 9:16 Portrait, 1:1 Square, 4:5 Instagram Feed, 2:3 Pinterest
- Subject Focus — Product, People, Landscape, Abstract, Food, Animals, Architecture, Technology, Nature, Fashion, Lifestyle, Business
Hit Generate Image. The button itself shows the live cost badge [50 | X left]; you'll see a progress dialog while the image engine renders, then jump straight to Preview & Publish.
Credit cost: AI image generation is
7 credits per image. AI text/caption generation is
2 credits.
Review the Caption
A caption is generated alongside the image (or you can write your own from scratch on Text Only / Upload). Edit it inline before publishing. The composer automatically respects each platform's character limit — captions over the limit are truncated per-platform at publish time (X / Twitter caps at 280 characters).
Preview & Publish
On the final step you get a live per-platform preview, plus any platform-specific fields you need to fill in:
- TikTok — required Title, Privacy Level (Public / Friends / Followers / Only Me), music-usage disclosure, branded-content toggle (Your Brand / Branded Content). The full TikTok Content Sharing Guidelines are enforced before the Publish button enables.
- YouTube — video-only; uses the caption as title/description
- Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / X — preview only, no extra inputs required
Then choose:
- Publish Now — sends to every selected platform immediately
- Schedule — opens a date/time picker; the post is queued and published automatically by the scheduling cron job at the chosen time, then surfaces in Posts & Schedule
- Save Draft — keeps everything (including the generated media) so you can return later
Drafts auto-save. The composer continuously saves your work in the background (you'll see a "Saving draft…" indicator). If you close the tab or click Close, you're prompted to keep the draft. Retrieve it later from
Posts & Schedule → Drafts tab.
Tracking Your Post
- Dashboard — recent activity and publishing status
- Posts & Schedule — drafts, scheduled, and published posts
