Scene Builder is the timeline editor that lets you combine multiple AI-generated clips into longer, cohesive videos. It's part of a three-screen architecture designed for professional video workflows.

The Three-Screen Architecture

Flow (Projects Dashboard) — A high-level grid showing all your video projects. Create new projects or open existing ones from here. Project View — A chronological feed of all clips generated within a project. This is where you generate new clips using the floating input bar and review your results. Scene Builder — The timeline editor where you arrange clips into a sequence, extend your video, and export the final result. Navigation follows a clear breadcrumb: Flow → [Project Name] → Scene Builder. You can always navigate back using the breadcrumb.

How It Works

When you generate a clip in Project View, it appears in your clip feed. However, clips don't automatically appear in Scene Builder — you need to explicitly add them to your scene using the "Add to scene" button on each clip.

The Timeline Editor

Once in Scene Builder, your added clips appear on a visual timeline. You can:

Reorder clips by dragging them on the timeline
Extend your video by clicking the "+" button to generate additional clips that continue the scene
Preview the full sequence before exporting
Stitch & Download to combine all clips into a single video file

Generating vs. Adding Clips

Key distinction: Generating a clip creates it in your Project View feed. Adding a clip to the scene places it on the Scene Builder timeline. These are separate actions — you choose which clips make it into your final video.

Creating Longer Videos
