AI Avatars are lifelike video avatars you create once and reuse forever — they can talk live to your visitors and generate ready-to-publish videos from a script. This guide walks through creating your first avatar in under a minute using a ready-made stock face.

Quick Summary: Open AI Avatars → Create Avatar → "Use a ready-made face" → pick a stock face → name it → Create. Stock avatars are ready instantly.Inside the wizard you can choose how your avatar looks:
From the dashboard sidebar click AI Avatars. The page shows your existing avatars (if any) plus your current avatar-minute balance.
Top-right of the My Avatars tab. This opens the creation wizard.
For your first avatar, the stock library is the fastest path — they are already trained and you can be talking to one in under a minute. Click Next.
Filter by name or browse the gallery. Hover each card to preview the face. Click your favorite — for the walkthrough we picked Luna.
Give it a name that fits its role on your site or social — e.g. "Agent Luna" if she is your virtual receptionist. The name shows on avatar cards and in the share link.
Stock avatars are ready instantly. Custom-trained avatars (photo/video) show a "Training" badge while they bake — you will get a notification when ready.
Your account includes 120 minutes of free live conversation, shared across all your avatars. Talk inside those minutes costs nothing. After that, conversations bill from your credit balance at 49 credits per minute (≈ $0.49/min) for the first 600 minutes in a month, and 39 credits per minute (≈ $0.39/min) beyond that.
Tip: The free minutes are per account, not per avatar — creating more avatars does not add free time. Top up credits from Settings → Credits when you need more.An avatar cannot talk on its own — it needs a persona defining how it speaks, what it knows, and how it greets visitors. Create one next.
