How Flow is organized

The Flow Video Studio uses a three-screen workflow:

1. Projects — a grid of all your video projects. This is where you start.
2. Project View — a single project's clip feed, where you generate new video and image clips using the prompt bar.
3. Scene Builder — the timeline editor, where you arrange your chosen clips into the finished video.

The breadcrumb at the top always shows where you are: Flow → [Project] → Scene Builder, so you can jump back a step at any time.

Creating a project

On the Projects screen, click the + New project button to create a project and open it. New projects are named with the date and time by default.
