Schedule your posts to go live at the perfect time — even while you sleep. ACE AI Spark lets you pick exact dates and times for each post, so your content always lands when your audience is most active.

How to Schedule a Post

Create Your Post

Open Create Content from the sidebar and click Start Creating. Write or generate your content, attach media, and select your target platforms.

Click "Schedule"

Instead of hitting Publish Now, click the Schedule button. A date and time picker will appear.

Pick Your Date & Time

Select the exact date and time you want the post to go live. The picker uses your local timezone by default.

Confirm & Save

Review the scheduled time and click Confirm. Your post will appear in the Content Calendar with a "Scheduled" badge.

Managing Scheduled Posts

Edit a Scheduled Post

Open the post from the Content Calendar or your Posts list. Update the content, media, or scheduled time, then save your changes.

Cancel a Scheduled Post

Open the scheduled post and click Cancel Schedule. The post moves back to Draft status so you can edit or delete it.

Posts can't be edited after publishing. Once a post goes live, it cannot be modified through ACE AI Spark. Make sure to review everything before the scheduled time. You can always cancel and reschedule if you need more time.

Check your timezone! Go to Settings → Profile to confirm your timezone is set correctly. All scheduled times are displayed in your local timezone, but posts are published based on your configured setting.

What Happens When a Post Publishes

Auto-retry on failure. When a scheduled post's time arrives, ACE AI Spark attempts to publish it to all selected platforms. If a platform fails (e.g., due to a temporary API error), the system automatically retries up to 3 times with increasing delays. You'll receive a notification whether the post succeeds or fails.

Scheduling Limits

All plans include unlimited scheduled posts and unlimited posts overall — schedule as far ahead and as many as you like.
