• Professional Avatar — $2,990 one-time. The full 24/7 front-desk experience on your own website: clone your own face and voice (or a staff member's, or a brand character), language auto-detected from each visitor's browser, a one-line JavaScript embed, lead capture and conversation reports. Includes 8,500 welcome credits.
• Conversation time — $0.49 per minute for the first 600 minutes each month, then $0.39 per minute. Billed from credits (1 credit = 1 cent). No monthly subscription, nothing to cancel.
• Refunds. Full refund of the setup fee within 14 days of purchase.
• Free trial. Book a call and receive a one-time code that unlocks the Professional avatar free for a month with 120 conversation minutes included.
