An AI influencer is a character with a consistent face, voice and point of view that posts on a schedule. The technology is the easy part now; the decisions are what separate a persona people follow from a pile of AI pictures. Here is the order to make them in.

1. Decide who they are before what they look like

Write one paragraph: age range, where they live, what they care about, what they would never say. Every later choice, from wardrobe to caption tone, comes back to this. Brands should tie the character to the product's world rather than to the product itself.
