The Media Library is your central hub for all images, videos, and files used across your social posts.

Open the Media Library

Click Media Library in the sidebar to access your stored files.

Upload Files

Click Upload or drag and drop files into the library. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, and MOV.

Create Folders

Use folders to organize media by campaign, platform, or content type. Click New Folder and give it a descriptive name.

Move Files Between Folders

Drag files from one folder to another, or use the context menu to move them.

Tip: Name your files descriptively before uploading (e.g., "summer-sale-banner.jpg" instead of "IMG_4523.jpg"). This makes them easier to find later. Note: Storage limits vary by plan. Check your plan details in Settings to see your current usage and limits.
