Which browsers support Live Avatars?

Live Avatars work best on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox (latest versions). Safari support may be limited. For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome on a desktop or laptop computer.

My microphone isn't working. What should I do?

Check browser permissions — Click the lock/info icon in your browser's address bar and ensure microphone access is set to "Allow" for this site. Check system settings — Make sure your microphone is not muted at the operating system level. On Windows, check Sound Settings. On Mac, check System Preferences → Sound. Try a different microphone — If you have multiple audio input devices, try selecting a different one in your browser or system settings. Refresh the page — Sometimes a simple page refresh resolves permission issues. Close the avatar panel, refresh, and try again.

What latency should I expect?

Live Avatars are designed to respond in under 1.7 seconds. Actual latency may vary depending on your internet connection speed and server load. A stable broadband connection (10+ Mbps) provides the best experience.

Is my conversation private?

Yes. Live Avatar conversations are not recorded, stored, or transcribed. Audio is processed in real time and discarded after the response is generated. We do not retain any conversation data after your session ends.

Does it use my credits?

Live Avatar sessions are included with your subscription plan. They do not consume video or AI generation credits. However, availability may be subject to fair usage policies depending on your subscription tier.

Can the avatar create posts for me?

Currently, the Live Avatar is a conversational assistant only. It can help you brainstorm ideas, refine your content strategy, and answer platform questions, but it cannot directly create, edit, or schedule posts. This functionality may be added in future updates.

The avatar isn't loading. What can I do?

If the avatar panel opens but the video doesn't load:

Check your internet connection — a stable broadband connection is required
Disable any VPN or proxy that might interfere with WebRTC connections
Try disabling browser extensions (especially ad blockers) temporarily
Clear your browser cache and try again

Tip for Live Avatar tier holders: Your tier comes with bundled credits — the easiest way to put those credits to use is to share your avatar via link on WhatsApp, email, or social. Anyone who taps the link talks to your avatar with no signup.
