Reserving a pack in the ACE AI Spark pre-seed round takes a few minutes. This guide walks you through every step, from the first enquiry to a signed agreement.

Step by step

Open the Invest page

Go to aceaispark.com/invest. You will see the current terms: $25,000 per pack, 50,000 shares (0.5% of the company) per pack, at a $5,000,000 post-money valuation cap.

Choose how many packs

Pick the number of packs you are interested in. Packs are whole units, so the minimum is one pack ($25,000).

Send your enquiry

Enter your details and submit the form. You receive a confirmation email, and our team gets your request at the same time. No payment is taken at this stage.

Review the investment packet

We send the SAFE agreement, the disclosure document with the risk factors, and the next steps. Take your time to read them and ask questions.

Sign and fund

Once the SAFE is signed by both sides and the funds are received, your packs are allocated and you are recorded as an investor.

Reserving online

Investors who have been given account access can also reserve packs directly on the Investments page inside the app. Choose the number of packs, apply a referral code if you have one, and pay securely by card. The investment packet follows by email.
