Once you have a persona that talks the way you want, you put it in front of people in one of two ways: send a Share Link to a specific visitor, or drop the Embed widget on your website. They serve different goals and have different tradeoffs.

Share Links

A Share Link is a unique URL you create for a specific avatar + persona pairing. Anyone who opens the link talks to your avatar — no signup, no account, just a live conversation.

Best for:

Personal pitches and demos — send a link to a specific prospect.
Internal stakeholder reviews — get feedback before going public.
Time-bounded campaigns — set an expiry date.
Cost control — set a usage cap so you don't bleed credits on a single popular link.

What you can configure per link

Label — only you see it. Use it to remember who you sent the link to.
Avatar (face) + Persona — pick which pairing this link uses.
Usage cap (minutes) — optional. Once total conversation time on the link hits the cap, it stops working. Use this if you're demoing to a stranger.
Expires in (days) — optional. Use this for time-bounded campaigns or trials.
Revoke — instant kill switch. Anyone holding the link sees a "no longer available" message right away.

Embed widget

The Embed is a floating-button widget you paste into your website (usually in your site header). Visitors see the button on every page, click it, and start talking to your avatar.

Best for:

Always-on customer support on your homepage.
Product demos on your landing page.
Educational sites where users come and go.
Anywhere you want the avatar to feel like part of your site, not a sent link.

The Embed uses one persona at a time — you pick which one in the Embed tab. To change personas, swap which one is selected and re-deploy.

Credit usage

Both Share Links and Embed conversations consume avatar minutes from your wallet. Conversation time is the meter that runs — the avatar talks, the meter ticks. You can see your balance in the AI Avatars page header.

Test new personas via a Share Link to yourself first. Run a few minutes of conversation, edit the persona based on what you hear, then ship it via Embed or send the link to others. The Share Link is your staging environment.

Privacy

Conversations on Share Links and the Embed widget are not stored as transcripts on your account — the conversation happens, credits are consumed, and that's it. If you need transcripts for compliance or analysis, contact us for a custom configuration.
